How much lubricant should I use?

Apply a thin, controlled film. Add a second light pass only when the equipment manufacturer’s recommendation calls for it.

Where should I apply it?

Target rails, rods, guides, and other motion surfaces, not belts, brakes, sensors, or electrical contacts.

How often should I reapply?

Follow the equipment manufacturer’s interval. Reapply after cleaning, during scheduled maintenance, or when noise and drag increase.

What is in the ViscoMotion Precision Rail Lubricant Pen?

Each 5 mL applicator is designed to place ISO VG 68 lubricant in a thin, controlled layer on appropriate motion surfaces.

Can I use it on any machine?

Always follow your equipment manufacturer’s lubrication guidance first. When in doubt, confirm the recommended lubricant and application points for your specific machine.

Is joining the launch list a paid reservation?

No. This is an email-only notification list, not a paid reservation. The first planned batch is 300 units. No payment is collected today, and joining does not guarantee a unit. Subscribers will be notified when early purchase access opens.

What does a thin film mean?
