Where we ship

ViscoMotion currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping and delivery

Free U.S. shipping is available for orders over $35.

Available shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When available, shipping confirmation and tracking information are sent to the email address provided at checkout after an order has shipped.

Address accuracy

Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. ViscoMotion is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout.
