Return and Refund Policy

Effective date: August 5, 2026

ViscoMotion accepts eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging. Items that have been used, opened, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior contact may not be eligible for a refund.

How to start a return

Email christian@viscomotion.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at christian@viscomotion.com with your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
